Third, You need to get out of your own way. I know that may sound harsh but, when you look at the statististics as published by the National Association of Realtors, you'll see what I mean.

FSBOs accounted for ONLY 9% of home sales in 2012. The typical FSBO home sold for $174,900 compared to $215,000 for agent-assisted home sales.

If a Home is extremely unique or perhaps has low showing traffic, a Broker’s Open House may be necessary.
